Frequently asked questions

What sizes do your doona covers come in?

Every design is available in six Australian sizes: Cot (100 x 120cm), Single (140 x 210cm), King Single (160 x 210cm), Double (180 x 210cm), Queen (210 x 210cm) and King (240 x 220cm). Choose the same size as your doona. See our size chart for details.

Are pillowcases included?

Yes. Cot, Single and King Single sets include one matching pillowcase. Double, Queen and King sets include two.

How long does delivery take?

Every cover is made to order, so please allow time for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number once it ships. See our shipping policy for current production and delivery times.

Can I return my order?

Please see our return policy for full details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Is a doona cover the same as a quilt cover?

Yes. In Australia, doona cover, quilt cover and duvet cover all mean the same thing: the removable cover that goes over your doona.
