At DOONARA, all our items are made to order according to the customer’s selected colour, size, and specifications. Because of this personalised production process, we have a strict return policy in place.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All products are custom-made once an order is placed. This means we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or changes once production has begun.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, or once production has started, we are unable to accept:

  • Cancellations
  • Order modifications
  • Size or colour changes

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

4. Return Time Frame

The 15-day return period begins from the date the customer receives the product.

Any claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Responsibility of Purchase

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, including size and colour, before placing an order. As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
