Delivery
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the courier and a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to make any modifications.
Delivery times across Australia generally range between 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that during peak periods such as the Christmas holiday season, delivery times may be delayed by an additional 3–5 days due to high order volumes and courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Authority
By selecting standard shipping, you agree that your parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature if the courier deems it safe to do so.
Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the provided address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
