Shipping Policy

Every Doonara doona cover is made to order, so your order goes through two stages: production, then delivery.

🧵 Production

Once you place your order, we begin making your cover. Production usually takes 7–10 business days.

Need to change something? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order is in production and we can’t make changes.

🚚 Delivery

When your order is ready, we hand it to our courier and email you a tracking number as soon as it’s available.

Delivery across Australia usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. From the day you order, please allow around 17–25 business days in total for your cover to arrive.

🎄 Busy Periods

During peak times such as the Christmas season, couriers are under heavy demand and deliveries can take an extra 3–5 business days. If you’re buying a gift, we recommend ordering early.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $99 within Australia. For orders under $99, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

📍 Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect parcels once they’ve been dispatched.

📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll follow it up with the courier and help sort it out.
