We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or other factors outside our control.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size, design or colour selection.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
